Our main office is located in Room 004 (basement level) of Heldenfels Hall and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our west campus office is located in Room 180A of the Medical Sciences Library and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Although walk-ins are welcome, instructors are encouraged to set up appointments to ensure that necessary resources, materials, and training staff are available for assistance.
